Chinmaya Mission Looking For Project Lead at Mumbai (Bombay), Maharashtra Full Time

Job Description: 
We need one Project Lead for Media Asset Management team to monitor and support our internal / external facing web based application in the content management and media assets management domain. In this role, the responsibilities will include reporting to the department head, collaborating with the development team, satisfy queries of internal and external users, vendors and performing successful code migration into AWS cloud platform and avoid stagnation of work flow. You will also be required to provide training to other department users and testing of the applications of all new releases before rolling into production.
Responsibilities:
Providing software application support under the supervision of the department head / application manager. Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements for web applications and media asset manager.
2. Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
Consulting with the software development team, external vendors, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
3. Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
4. Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to department head / application manager.
5. Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
6. Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
7. Providing need based training inputs or support to clients and non-techincal users in other departments.
