We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry and Chocolate Specialist to join our team at Naviluna. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious chocolates and baked goods that exceed our customers’ expectations.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of chocolate making and pastry baking. They will be responsible for preparing inclusions and garnishes, tempering large batches of chocolate, and creating chocolate bars and bon-bons. Additionally, they will assist in cake, pastry, and sourdough bread baking, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic maths and chemistry skills. You will also be required to participate in on-the-job palate training and study the science of craft chocolate.
