JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Payment of Invoices – checking and reviewing all invoices for approval prior to payment. Comparing invoices against Choice internal system along with the vendor rate agreements. Verify all invoices for accuracy and authenticity
• Obtain appropriate authorization on received invoices and follow up on pending authorizations
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to resolve any issues with billings
• Prepare, run, and process weekly reports
• Data entry – Input vendor invoices
• Prepare wire payments into online payment system
• Record regional payments made online via ACH/Wire
• Prepare weekly payment runs
• Respond to all vendor inquiries on a daily basis.
• Contact with vendors to resolve any discrepancies in billing
• General office work
• Ad Hoc Projects as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Candidate must be well organized and detail oriented
• Strong multi-tasking skills; must manage responsibilities under strict deadlines
• Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain/Logistics companies a plus
