AEM Development: Experience in AEM latest version (Sites, DAM, Forms, Workflows)
development.
Java & J2EE: Strong programming skills in Java
AEM Core Concepts: Hands-on expertise in Apache Sling, JCR (Java Content Repository)
AEM Component Development: Experience in developing custom AEM components,
templates, dialogs, and workflows.
Dispatcher & Caching: Knowledge of AEM Dispatcher, CDN configuration, and caching
strategies for performance optimization.
API Development & Integration: Experience in RESTful API development and third-party
integrations.
Front-end Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and
frameworks like React/Angular.
Performance Optimization: Experience in AEM performance tuning, indexing, and scalability
improvements.Key Responsibilities:
AEM Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize AEM components,templates, workflows, and services to meet business requirements.

• Java-based Development: Develop and maintain services, Java-based functionalities.
• AEM Integration: Integrate AEM with third-party services, back-end systems, and RESTful APIs for seamless content delivery.
• Performance Optimization: Improve AEM performance, indexing mechanisms for scalability.
• Content Management & Personalization: Leverage Content Fragments, Experience Fragments,and AEM Personalization techniques.
• Collaboration & Code Review: Work closely with UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams, participate in Agile sprints, and conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Debug and resolve AEM issues, perform system enhancements, and support production environments.
• Best Practices & Documentation: Follow AEM coding standards, document technical designs,and contribute to AEM knowledge-sharing.
