Opening with leading MNC. Title: Netbackup Experience: 5 to 6 yrs Location: Mumbai, Andheri- Work from Office Responsibilities: Skill Set:

• LUN Management, Host management on HDS VSP, VSP G200, HUS 130,EMC VNX, VNXe 3200 & NetApp FAS 3140
• Implemented Virtualization of External storage to HDS VSP storage
• Storage configuration of HNAS
• File system & CIFS share creation in HNAS
• Managing of volumes & CIFS shares in NetApp
• Monitoring and troubleshooting on EMC VNX5300,VNXe 3200, Netapp, HDS VSP storage, HNAS3080, HUS 130 and Brocade switches300 &6520
• Performed pool creation in HNAS & EMC VNX
• Storage Reclamation from decommissioned servers

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performed Zoning of server, Tape drives and Storage devices in Brocade SAN Switches
• Handling H/W issue on all storage devices
• Installation of disk enclosure on existing EMC storage
• Troubleshooting storage related issues
• Performed Cabling from Server to SAN switches
• Involved in disk replacement of storage devices
• Preparing Utilization report of storage devices
• Analyzing the performance of Storage devices
• Preparing the SOPs
• Represent storage team on change management, incident management and problem management process and provide proper resolution
• Analyze and troubleshoot the issues which are coming in the course of execution of tasks/tickets
• If still the issue is not solved, raise a case with Storage Vendors and follow up the same
