What you’ll do
This is a role in the fast-paced APJC Client Experience Services (CES) Region Operations (RO) comprising over 80 members. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, APJC CES RO and working closely with the Senior Director, APJC CES RO the Business Operations and Team Administrator will play a key role ensuring the review cadence of the department is in place with ongoing management reviews, managing employee engagements and ensuring the team is supported well to focus on key operational activities.
In this role, you will provide support for calendaring, travel, expenses, along with management and oversight of special projects, as needed. To perform these tasks effectively, become familiar with the products, people, and organizational dynamics within Cisco’s Operations team.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Business Operations
APJC CE RO Leadership Team meeting cadence
Manage timely connect recognition approvals as proxy
Monitor and ensure completion of mandatory trainings
Drive high employee check-ins
Organise and plan team building activities, including birthdays, work anniversaries.
Launch timely employee engagement surveys
Manage vendors on contractor Scope of Work and related accruals
Team Administration
Assists in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for crafting the agenda, location, meeting technology (WebEx) based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post meeting action item lists.
Assist in planning events for the department. Serve as a local point of contact for foreign delegates where applicable.

Who You’ll Work With
In this role, you will work closely with the APJC CES RO Leadership team as well as coordinate with the Global Business Operations team.
Due to the frequent engagement of the Senior Directors across Cisco as a whole, you will collaborate with and coordinate activities with other EA’s and executives in Cisco both in APJC and other regions including the Global team.
Who You Are
You will handle, with a great degree of independence, incoming asks for time, meetings, resources, and other needs. You will be responsible for figuring out when to refer matters to others, and to whom they should be referred.
You’ll be following up on all aspects of administration to ensure proper disposition, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This includes updating organization charts, mailer lists and facilitating onboarding and offboarding of team members.
Minimum Qualifications for This Role
5-7 years of experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) supporting a Senior Director level and above executive with good stability. Cisco experience is preferred.

High proficiency in the use of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Prior experience supporting large teams is a big plus
