What You’ll Do

An excellent opportunity is now available to join the Global Partner Finance Organization (GPF). The WW Channels Finance team is looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst with the desire to be a difference maker, lead change and work with teams to identify and transform business needs into solutions. You will oversee the maintenance and functional management of Payment Validation Process and Compliance initiatives for the GPF organization. You will also be taking on additional roles related to financial analysis and reporting for partner programs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the WW Partner Business Group as key finance support for payment validation process
• Provide robust analytics related to payment data for channel programs and generating reports used for automation and tying out aged balances of programs
• Identify & implement process improvements, look at scope for automation, and implement best practices
• Drive key projects and initiatives in collaboration with IT, Payment Vendor, Accounts payable, Compliance, and Business Operations team on key enhancements. Work as a leader including requirements gathering, application scoping, tests, and user trainings.
• Participating as an extended member of the team ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines as well as bringing best practice to the business group
• Should have ability and willingness to learn and be proactive and take up additional roles and responsibilities related to managing and analytics for partner programs

Minimum Qualifications

• Finance Degree and Relevant Post Graduate Degree: MBA in Finance or CA
• At least 3-5 years of Finance experience
• Excellent communication skills for partnering across various teams
• Knowledge of key accounting rules around bookings, revenue and opex management
• Finance systems capabilities and strong MS office skills
