Responsibilities:
1. Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.
2. Serves as analytical and/or procedural expert representing the unit on cross-functional operational project deliverables.
3. Interact and collaborate with business/product partners, geography partners and regional functions for improving operating frame, resolving issue, innovating new services and maximizing the quality of service and client experience.
4. Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained
5. Understand customer requirements.
6. Meet required productivity metrics set for the team
7. Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised
8. Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately
9. Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
10. Perform control related activities to mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
