Job Function: Infrastructure Delivery Automation & Administration

Infrastructure Delivery Automation & Administration is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in automation,monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

You will be part of a global team, CTI Distributed Service Horizontal Delivery & Integration, which is responsible for delivery and integration of new server platforms for the sectors. Our objective is to standardize traditional/cloud server platform delivery across the Citi using common standards and processes – which will help gain efficiency, drive automation and improve our client/partner infrastructure service.

Responsibilities:
Simplify and automate the current server platform build and integration.

Take the infrastructure as code model to the next level.

Responsible for routine operational or administrative work

Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation

Daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Validate and ensure data integrity across a broad spectrum of reports and perform analysis

Provide data, presentations and independent analysis for management and function heads.

Knowledge on Windows Operating System

Knowledge in Windows IAS.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree

3-5 Years working experience.

Ability to think strategically and to engage resources outside of their direct control to achieve objectives

Experienced in IaS, Windows, Windows IAS, Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Project)

Ability to create & maintain Databases such as MS SQL and/or Oracle

Experience of customer support in a time-critical environment Strong self-management and be ready to use own initiative

Strong team-player and collaborator

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent communication skills

Fluent English

Preferred:
1 Year + working in a financial institution or related discipline

Knowledge of Lean methodology

Knowledge of Python/Angular

Knowledge of Service Now 2.0
