Job Description

Responsibilities The Business Analysis Senior Supervisor is an intermediate management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
Data Custodians must coordinate with Business/Global Function Process Owners to maintain data in adherence with the retention guidelines.
Data Custodians must facilitate safe, accurate and controlled sourcing, transport, access and storage of data at the application level.
Data Stewards and Data Custodians must collaborate with Process Owners and Technology to fully execute required change management procedures.
Improve process efficiencies in support of unit objectives and recommend new work procedures
Work as a team to achieve objectives and solve problems based on analysis of information
Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedent
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of one or more areas of banking technology such as retail bank, credit cards, digital banking, data management, etc.
Strong technical knowledge of technology stack and architecture of the domain area.
Sound understanding of data quality and control parameters, and awareness of latest trends in data management.
Should have very high level of analytical and solution skills to manage complex situations
Should be independently able to work on the tasks assigned with very limited supervision.
Should possess good written as well as verbal communication skill
Should be process oriented specially should be good in documenting the process artifacts
Should have negotiation skills to manage conflicting priorities and complex asks
Demonstrated analytical, organizational and presentation skills
Proven ability to work independently and in a team
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Experience in the Financial Service industry covering full SDLC cycle and exposure to banking domain areas such as Credit Cards, Savings, deposits, loans, payments and transfers
Exposure to Citibank and Core banking or Cards system knowledge preferred
Exposure to Data storage management, Data quality, Data transformations, Data transfers
Experience with the metadata and data flow through an application to support capture, organization, movement, transformation, and storage of data
Experience managing Data Dictionaries
Experience managing upstream & downstream data consumption needs required for an application

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
