The IT Project Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Project Management Quality Control (PMQC):
Ensure all Global Program and Projects have 100% compliance to metric setup by Org PMO and get a 100% score in Program Health Check, Spot Check, PMQC and SDLC Adherence.
Deep understanding of all the rules created by Org PMO and mentoring team on these rules throughout the year
SDLC:
Through knowledge of all the SDLC (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile) documents and guide PMs on it.
Manage and maintain SDLC documents of the Program and Projects
Identify program/project risks and issues; raise and resolve issues.
Ensure all Programs and Projects are marked completed as per scheduled time
Program and Project Financial Management:
Independently manage the Financials of all CPB CRM and Data Driven Onboarding Programs and Projects
This would require submission of Regulatory BOW on SharePoint, participating in Program Cost and Time estimations, distribution of approved budget to applications based on the impact and reviewing the Forecast and Actuals of Projects every month.
Transparent and Consistent Status Reporting:
Independently create highly impactful presentations for Senior Management (D, MD level) covering status and health of all Programs and Projects
Create a reporting calendar and share with project team at start of month so that they are well aware of all the upcoming activities
Any ad-hoc report required by management

Qualifications:
5-8 years of total experience in large IT organizations preferably in financial services industry
3+ years of experience as PMO or Program Manager in large IT organizations preferably in financial services industry
Preferred professional certifications: PMI – Portfolio Management Professional, PMI – Program Management Professional, Agile – Scaled Agile Framework, Any PMO related professional learning
Education:
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of all PM tools – MS Project, MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence
Strong Oral and Written Communication skills ● Good understanding of SDLC
Close Collaboration with all PM/BAs based out of NJ, NY, Pune, and Singapore
