Responsibilities:

• You are adaptive, always willing to learn, technology savvy, self-managing technocrat who will support Development and Business located globally for DevOps and Infrastructure Migration activities.

• Deals with most problems proactively and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.

• Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.

• Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.

• with a developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex information.

• can be moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses’ core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years hands-on experience in supporting DevOps functions in the development and support of multi-tiered web applications using Linux, CI/CD tools, Server admintration like tomcat , AHS and Nginix using cloud and managed Servers.

• You have proven experience in having implemented automated CI/CD with Build, Deploy and ReleaseLife Cycle using DevOps having worked with branching model

• You have expertise to provide daily support and solution engineering capability with essential tools including TFS, JIRA, Bitbucket, TeamCity, uDeploy, Artifactory, Maven and other tools

• You have expertise in finding solutions on own to challenging problems and troubleshooting experience with DevOps build & deploy issues in Java enviroment.

• You have worked/understing with Firewall and Load balancer (VIP)

• You have expertise in creating shell scripts, udeploy scripts and python scripts as required for automation

• You have ability to support Infrastructure Migrations for DevOps components

• You have system Administration Skills with ability to setup Linux Servers as per requirements .

• You have setup & Access provisioning and management for DevOps tools including TFS/BitBucket and Functional IDs support for the applications

• You Co-ordinate and support regular vulnerability and compliance patches for the OS and other software used

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
