Citigroup Hiring for Sr. Infrastructure Support Analyst : TTS Opstech team at Pune, India Full Time

This position is under ICG TTS Operations Technology (OpsTech) Group , to help the implementation of next generation Digital Automation Platform and Imaging Workflow Technologies. The Candidate is required to possess relevant experience in managing development teams in the distributed systems Eco-System and should be a strong team player.

We are looking for and experienced hands-on infrastructure expert with very good understanding middleware components, OS and shell scripting. The candidate must also be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure Design and System Architecture.

• Hands on experience of Application Installation using Middleware components (Apache, Tomcat, IIS, WebSphere, Nginx) independently on Windows and Linux RHEL 7 or higher platform on Cloud, ECS technologies.

• Proven experience of managing Application component upgrades.

• Hands on experience on SAN, NAS, SSO, SSL, NDM Cyber Ark.

• Hands on experience window / Linux

• Incident, Change Management

• ITIL process

Good to have:

• Proven experience of setting up and troubleshooting Network objects required in the application setup (3DNS, WIP, LB),etc.

• Proven experience of setting up CI-CD pipeline for the application setup.

• Understanding of TCP/IP model.

• Understanding of KDC LDAP Groups in RHEL 7 or higher Linux platforms for server accesses and policy groups.

• Understanding of Cloud server Farms for managing servers for respective applications.

• Strong communication skills liaising with stakeholders required for application setup starting from DEV till Production and post Production support.

• Strong Analytical skills to work with minimal requirements in Agile methodology and deliver results without impacting quality.

• Strong Leadership skills and ability to influence decisions without authority.

• Hands on experience in DevOps

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• Ability to understand and articulate the business problem and identify key objectives and deliverables.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• High attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills.

• Ability to work independently given general guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
