What we’re looking for:

As a leading member of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading the development, launch, and continuous improvement of core product features. The ideal candidate is clearly passionate about new opportunities and has a demonstrable record of accomplishment of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to teamwork, hustle and strong communication skills are absolute requirements.

Role responsibilities:

Creating reliable, scalable, and high-performance products requires exceptional technical expertise, a stronghold on fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
You will work with senior members, architects, product managers, and mentor junior members.
Your day-to-day activities include design, development, troubleshooting, some amount of tracking, handle customer issues, deliver and manage high-quality code along with other members.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
14+ years of experience building production software systems
Experience in design for scalability, performance, and reliability.
Design/development skills with the ability to drive projects from concept to prototype, and finally implementation.
Good networking knowledge with an in-depth awareness of any routing protocol such as BGP/OSPF/ISIS.
Demonstrated ability to mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality
Excellence in technical communications with both technical and non-technical peers.

Preferred skills:

C / C++ on FreeBSD/Linux, on multi-core systems
Knowledge of Python / Perl will be an advantage.
Awareness/experience with Docker, K8s will be preferred.
Awareness /experience of Cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP.
Demonstrated ability to understand and solve tough technical issues.
Demonstrable knowledge of running Agile practice
