A well-known civil-society organization needs Nursing faculty for its healthcare skill development program at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Role and Responsibilities: 1. Overall responsibility of teaching and training.2. Ensure high quality theory and practical training.3. Conduct online internal assessments and regular evaluation of students.4. Organize workshops, seminars for the students at the school.5. Engagement program and strategy for students.6. Identify students with learning difficulties and organize special classes.7. Follow up with hospitals to assess student’s performance during internship and for 3 months post-placement.8. Travelling to 5 centers in 5 districts of Gujarat to take practical.Qualification criteria: 1. GNM/BSc /MSc/PhD in Nursing2. Minimum experience of 2-3 years is mandatory; Persons retired from government or private service may also apply3. Teaching experience preferred4. Practical skills training capability5.
