Roles and Responsibilities
1) To achieve the targeted volumes
2) To improve net contribution through maximizing finance & insurance penetrations
3) To improve lead generation & conversion rates
4) To manage & improve customer relationship and experience & maximize referrals
5) To follow and ensure compliance with sales process
6) To follow monthly action plan & daily activity process
7) To facilitate accurate and authentic tracking of all the information about customer life cycle from enquiry to delivery
