Job Description

• Head of Funding & Investments Planning and coordinating to ensure a timely supply of spare parts to meet the monthly requirements.
• Develop suppliers by providing the necessary support & timely addressing the supply related issues.
• Timely implementation of engineering changes with minimum obsolesce.
• Plan & track activities to ensure department business targets are achieved and regular management reporting Drive cost saving and optimization themes Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementations of assigned projects and ongoing themes.
• Maintaining records of supplier performance to assess their ability to meet supply requirements.
• New Vendor Development.
• Price Negotiation.
• Inventory & Stores Management & follow up activities.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost & quality so as to obtain maximum benefit of company.
• Responsible for monitoring whole activity in purchase department including Imports and outsourcing of value addition process.
• Ability to pushing staff into the work as per schedule.
• Manage a team of purchase executives in delivering a seamless supply of
• materials from vendors to the Assembly and Production.
