We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Bangalore. (Corporate Office & Site based)
· Provide secretariat and administrative duties to the management.
· Manage schedule, arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings
· Keep track of correspondences and ensure proper maintenance of records.
· Organize and maintain files and handle general correspondence, and expedite.
· Administer all site operations and activities in coordination with project manager.
Who we are looking for:
· Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and management skills.
· Proficiency in Kannada and Tamil would be an added advantage.
· Demonstrates Intelligence, positive attitude and loads of patience.
· Logical and Analytical in approach.
· Demonstrates positive outlook on everyday challenges
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
· Experience in Real Estate preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
