Clerk-Tech Hiring for Accounts Payable Administrator at Remote Full Time

Responsible for:

a) maintaining efficient and effective administrative process and policies to ensure systematic and timely invoice payments

b) general ledger coding processes

c) expense management system

What we can expect from you:

∙Support the AP Global Process Manager in all activities of the AP Department

∙Extensive experience with full cycle AP in a high volume fast paced multi location environment

∙Enter accounts payable invoices from vendors matching corresponding purchase orders in company expense management system.

∙Ensure proper matching to purchase orders, invoice coding and approvals

∙Expert detailed supplier account reconciliation and troubleshooting skills and experience

∙Timely response to internal/external inquiries and requests

∙Answer internal inquiries related to Expense Reports

∙Special Projects as assigned

Who is a good fit for this team:

∙Experience in all aspects of Accounts Payable required.

Minimum 5 year experience

∙Able to process high volume invoices, with accuracy and in a timely manner

∙Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor software.

∙MS Excel experience, including vlookups, pivot tables and macros

∙Possess the ability to develop professional relationships internally and externally

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
