Client of Automation Talent India Hiring for Accounting Manager at New Delhi Full Time

• Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation
• Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies

• Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability

• Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams

• Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules

• Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.

• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.

• Audits accounts to ensure compliance with regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit
• Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Work Experience in SAP

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting and tax preparation software software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• MBA/ M.Com degree in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Ten years or more of related experience from Manufacturing Industry required

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
