Client of Kranium Hiring for Account Manager at Bangalore Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate partnership with key accounts
• Account mapping and relationship building to create a business potential and opportunities
• To liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships
• To assist with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to
• To effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets
• To prepare presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports as necessary
• To evaluate and document partnership, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately on database
• Provide reports and analysis as required
• To input creative solutions to maximize opportunity

Job Skills and Requirement:

• Domain knowledge of overall operations of TPA and health insurance
• To devise and implement creative relationship with clients by engaging their employees and customers, monitoring progress and evaluating benefit.
• To act as the day to day manager and central point of contact for the partnership, ensuring the strategy is fully implemented and partnership well serviced.
• Excellent organization, communication – written, oral and automation skills.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience & Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience.

Post Graduates / Graduates in any : – BDS, B.Pharma , Life Science background

Diplomas or certifications in the relevant areas will be a plus

Location : Bangalore

Preferably candidate who is comfortable with travel within city and outside as well.

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
