The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle with the Automobile
Industry. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Job Description

• Good knowledge of logistics/automobile industry and operational processes and systems.
• Proven ability in business development and customer service
• MS Excel/ MS PPT
• Proven ability in team management

KEY RESULT AREAS: –

• Focus on Revenue Growth from the handled portfolio.
• Serve as a contact point for key Client and internal teams
• Gather, report, and communicate customers’ feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
• Measure, track and analyze key account metric
• Create reports for upper management
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
• Ensure no downtime
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives to achieve set targets
