Job Title– Partnership and Collaboration Head
CTC Offered– Upto 15 LPA
Location– Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru
Experience Required– 10-15 Years
1. Partnerships and collaborations
1.1 Ensuring 100% compliance with the BOS requirements as per the regulations for the inclusion of external members.
1.2 Ensuring a minimum 20% increase in the number of activities under each MOU in each department with the industry advisors.
1.3 Ensuring a 20% increase in activities conducted in collaboration with Partners and collaborators excluding members of Industry advisory boards.
1.4 At Least 70% of activities as per 1.2 and 1.3 above should engage senior managers of multinational companies, influential persons, successful founders or co-founders, senior government officials, senior officials of associations etc.
1.5 Maintain a 100% record of all activities done in collaboration with partners. Analyse the gaps, prepare, and present action-taken reports.
1.6 Annual 10 concentrations – Leveraging global world-class industry expertise to create and deliver domain practice sessions
1.7 At Least 4 numbers of industry-specific learning programs every semester for eg. C-talk, learn from master, panel discussion, workshop etc.
1.8 Support and facilitate all HODs and faculty members in their collaboration and partnership initiatives. Secure at least 3 collaborations/ partnerships every semester through our faculty members.
1.9 Supporting and guiding the academic office and faculty members in securing live cases and industry-based projects for students as per the curriculum requirements. Ensure at least 75% of courses include live cases and industry-based projects in each semester.
2. Consultancy
2.1 Secure minimum required consultancy projects worth 35 lakhs as per the need of NBA next cycle target with the involvement of our faculty members.
2.2 Ensuring 100% planning and completion of consultancy projects as per regulatory and governing bodies with the support of IQAC.
2.3 100% Maintain and document the percentage of faculties and students involved in consultancies with the support of IQAC.
2.4 Facilitate and support all faculty members to generate at least 2 IPRs per year in collaboration with Industry.
3. MDP and EDP
3.1 Minimum 4 quality MDPs and EDPs per year leveraging global-level best-in-class for our hand-picked partners.
3.2 100% documentation of records pertaining to MDPs and EDPs. Records should include percentage of faculties involved in MDPs and EDPs, revenue generated through EDP and MDP
3.3 Produce and present quarterly performance reports of all activities of the Management development centre with a focus on action taken reports based on the gaps found.
3.4 Ensure regular growth and development of the Management development centre while engaging its advisory board through strategic plan and implementation.
4. Industry Sponsorship
4.1 Ensuring a 20% annual increase in the amount of sponsorship received for ISBR official or student events sponsored with industry collaboration.
4.2 Ensuring at least 2 industry-sponsored labs by the end of quarter 1 of 2024 and documenting the percentage of students involved in Industry sponsored labs
4.3 Establishing a language lab for ISBR
5. Ensure High-quality teaching and Learning
5.1 Ensuring an 80% score in student feedback for all courses taught.
5.2 Ensuring 100% compliance with the course plan and SOPs of the academic office for the courses taught and academic-related activities. Including percentage of co-teaching, number of live cases, mini projects and Harvard style case discussion methods and timely and quality feedback on all continuous assessments using rubrics, use of ERP, LMS, record keeping etc.
5.3 Providing evidence of at least 1 annual innovation/ continuous improvement in teaching/ curriculum/ mentoring etc.
5.4 Active participation in all FDPs and workshops conducted internally or externally. Minimum 90% attendance record.
5.5 Evidence of active contribution/ involvement in peer reviews of teaching with at least 2 faculty members per year.
5.6 Evidence of active contribution to curriculum and course enhancement.
5.7 Ensuring a 90% positive score in the mentoring feedback from students.
5.8 Providing full and active support to the career advancement, student success centre, alumni success centre, teaching-learning centre and academic office. Achieving at least a 90% score in 360-degree feedback from these units.
6. Publish and Facilitate
6.1 Publish at least two articles per year in professional magazines or newspapers showcasing thought leadership aligned with the strategic priorities of the institution.
6.2 Facilitate and support faculty members and scholars in producing at least 2 case studies with teaching notes per year.
7. Fairness and Transparency
7.1 Nurture and train the next line of leaders in the faculty and Management Development Centre.
7.2 Ensuring fair and transparent performance appraisal, capacity building and skill development of all reports.
8. Promotion
Promoting ISBR locally and globally through different promotion methods.
9. Engagement
Connect, engagement and documentation of activities done with alumni allotted on a monthly basis.
10. 100% successful execution of Bloomberg Lab
