Job Description:
The Clinical Instructor is responsible for training students in practical clinical skills, ensuring they gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and demonstrate clinical procedures and patient care techniques.
  • Supervise students during clinical rotations in hospitals and healthcare centers.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
  • Maintain clinical training records and reports.
  • Assist in the development of practical curricula and clinical assessment methods.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing/Allied Health Sciences.
  • At least 3-5 years of clinical and teaching experience.
  • Strong patient care and mentoring skills.
