Job Summary

Cloud Software Group (www.cloud.com) is looking for technical writers. The writer will be responsible for writing and updating TIBCO product documentation. Work closely with Engineering and QA teams to design, develop, and verify documentation.

• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, English, Journalism, or equivalent

• Min. Experience: 3 years

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.

• Good team player with excellent organization and planning skills.

• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a strong emphasis on quality.

• Good technical aptitude and understanding of complex concepts.

• Working knowledge of authoring tools like Madcap Flare and DITA.

Job Profile:

TIBCO requires a good technical background to maintain and update documentation of various products. The writer must be able to:

• Review and analyze functional specifications and other engineering documentation

• Install and configure products to gain a better understanding of technical details

• Work closely with Development, QA, and other product teams to ensure technical accuracy of documentation

• Adhere to TIBCO documentation methodology and processes

• Write and edit product manuals
