Job Title: Front Desk & Admin Executive

Years of Exp : 3 to 5 years
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Management of the Front Desk
● Employee engagement and office event management
● Guest and Client relationship management
● Complaints and feedback handling
● Workspace and facilities management
● Supporting teams that include workspace, meetings, and interviews.
● Set up meetings and update calendars
● Handling the expenses and managing admin accounts
● Managing security and telecommunications systems
● Assigning the tickets to various departments
● Coordinating with vendors for Employee ID Cards and Business cards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
● Any graduate with 2-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive
● Good interpersonal etiquette
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Proven experience as an Office Assistant or a similar role.
● Proficiency in Computer skills – MS office.
● Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi task.
● Professional presentation.
● Professional Appearance.
● Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
● Outgoing and positive demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
