We are looking for Customer Care Executive @ Corporate Office
Roles Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls
- Leads Generation and Follow-up’s
- Excellent communication skills in English and Regional Languages (Telugu/Tamil/ Kannada)
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
- Convincing the customers on availing our Services
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
Required Skills
· Min. 1 year of relevant experience(Preferably from Dental Background)
· Excellent communication skills
· Great Influencing or pitching capability
· Strong Convincing Skill
· Understanding customer requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
