CNH Looking For Public Relations Specialist at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Full Time

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, Greater Noida Authority, Labour commissioner office, DDF office and all other regulatory bodies based in Lucknow and other state secure approvals, permits, and licenses required for company operations.
  2. Facilitate smooth interactions with various local, state, and central government agencies.
  3. Ensure that the Service Recipient adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements, including labour laws, environmental regulations, and zoning requirements.
  4. Stay updated on the latest government policies, regulations, and notifications that impact CNH business.
  5. Assist in the preparation and submission of applications, responses for various permits, approvals, and licenses required by CNH.
  6. Build strong relationships with landowners, community leaders, government officials, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning and operations of the company.
  7. Resolve any conflicts or grievances that arise during any land acquisition or approval process for CNH.
  8. Represent the organization in meetings with government bodies, legal professionals, and local communities.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of real estate projects and government approvals.
  10. To perform any other ancillary services / services as request and informed by the company.
