Job Description

Code Brew Labs is looking for a skillful and dedicated Front end Developer to join a high performance start up team for building and expanding the business. Responsibilities: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent education from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges
Develop fast and highly scalable (responsive) web and mobile sites, using HTML5, CSS3 and latest Javascript standards and best practices
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript and relevant frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular JS and others.
Strong coding and designing skills in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3
In addition to AngularJS it will be good to have experience in other such front-end JavaScript frameworks like BackBoneJS, EmberJs, KnockOutJS etc.
Working understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts and tools such as (Chef/Puppet); Development tools (Jenkins, Git), Application Servers (Apache, Tomcat)
Work closely with a cross-functional teams that includes product owners, backend developers and designers
Collaborate with designers to make sure all user interactions and features are implemented correctly
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Clear and detailed understanding of Mobile WebView and Responsive Designs
Comfortable using Unix / Linux machines from command prompt

Qualifications: Own the product development from scratch Architect scalable, distributed and large scale web and mobile solutions from scratch
Ensure test driven development (TDD) methodologies are deployed to execute project
Define and ensure right coding practices
Code for fresh development and to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Report development progress to management team
Keep self-updated with latest technologies in web, mobile and cloud space
Lead web development efforts, including hiring, mentoring and advising peers
Keep the team charged up with challenging work
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
