We are looking for a Software Support Consultant to join the team. You will support ERP systems, in house produced software and reporting dashboards for large scale accounting software used by multinational corporations. Existing clients include British Gas, Wagamama, Fitness First, Dominos Pizza, YHA and Merlin entertainments. Training and certifications will be provided. Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Provide first line software support to customers regarding Sage 200 ERP, Excelerator and other software
• Maintain and develop a customer support and CRM computer system
• Test in-house produced software and reporting dashboards
• Troubleshooting and resolve problems
• Log and document issues, and escalate them where necessary
• Attend training to become certified and develop relevant knowledge and skills

Requirements

To apply you must:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in software support or a similar customer facing technical role
• Be extremely IT proficient, including usage of Microsoft office software
• Have excellent spoken English
• Be proactive in finding solutions to problems that customers may face
• Possess good problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
• Be eager to learn and embrace new technological concepts.

Stronger candidates will:

• Have some knowledge of accounting and experience with accounting software
• Be proficient in SQL Server
• Know some basic VBA or .net programming
• Have a Microsoft certification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,100,000.00 per year
