Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with4 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys Cloud APIs Genesys Cloud Architect and Genesys Cloud. This role requires expertise in Bill Plan Development and Contact Center domains. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Genesys Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

• Oversee the integration of Genesys Cloud APIs to enhance system functionality.

• Provide technical guidance on Genesys Cloud Architect to ensure optimal performance.

• Develop and maintain bill plans in alignment with business strategies.

• Ensure the contact center infrastructure is robust and scalable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Implement best practices for system security and data protection.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Provide training and support to team members on Genesys Cloud technologies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.

• Document all technical processes and procedures for future reference.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys Cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience with Genesys Cloud APIs.

• Must have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect.

• Must be proficient in Genesys Cloud.

• Should have strong expertise in Bill Plan Development.

• Should have significant experience in Contact Center domain.
