Process Executive – Fresher – Hyderabad and Coimbatore location only.

Qualification:

Graduate(exclusion Bcom,Btech,MCA)

Responsibility:

Data Entry:

• Experience in US Payroll setup / Origination
• Employee / Client level setup
• Experience in payroll Weekly / Monthly generation
• Knowledge in Workers compensation / Wages / Tax Filings & Pay frequencies
• Experience in US Federal / State and Local taxes
• Time and Attendance / Leave Accruals
• Bank Account / Direct Deposit addition and validation
• Typing certification will be an added advantage
• Good Communication / Reading and understanding the emails is must.
• Comfortable in doing night shift /Flexible in extension per business requirement.

Data Audit-

• US Payroll / Quality Check & Auditing
• Employee / Client level bank account reviews for accuracy and ensure compliance with process
• Experience in US Banking recon process
• Knowledge in HRIS / SAP / Core Advance
• Certification in Quality Check will be an added advance
• Experience in eyeballing large data, especially account numbers / validating the Authorized contacts.

• Good Communication
• Flexible in extension / Shift as per business requirements

Business,Customer

• Minimal Customer interaction under guidance.

• Understands Domain Process,sub process functions terminologies(such as SOP QC checklists).

• Project,Process Handles First level processing of assigned transactions Complex problems n(procedures,processes)are referred to Supervisor,Line Manager.

• Adhere to quality requirements achieve targets,volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).

• Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.

• Knowledge Management,Understand various document templates and standards(Such as SOPs) to interpret the documents and related terminologies.

• People,Team Management.

• Adhere to org hygiene and compliance needs in terms of Time sheet submission Assimilation and Attendance.
