Responsibilities

• Overall ownership for the GCC Service Line, including P&L and overall profitability

• Working with leadership to define and execute our global GCC strategy, ensuring it is future ready

• Be the primary liaison to clients, ensuring deals are profitability and that we drive high CSRs

• Lead a cross functional team to set up GCCs with clients, ensuring delivery is excellent

• Ensure strong working relationships between clients and our teams

• Drive continuous development
