Cogoport Hiring for Data Operations Associate at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

Responsibilities:
You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a part of Supply Management Team (SMT):

Insert customer and account data from source documents within time limits

Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for entry

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

Keep all information strictly confidential

Respond to approved queries for information and access relevant files

Comply with role SOPs, data integrity and security policies

Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Skill-set:
Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations / environment

Effective communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen

Proven data entry work experience,

Experience with MS Excel

Knowledge of Excel Macros – not necessary but good to have

Typing speed and accuracy

Consistent attention to detail
