Coconnex is eagerly seeking a new Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. In this role, YOU will work directly with our clients to provide customer service, technical assistance, and troubleshooting support on the usage of our leading event management software. What We Have For You:

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution for incoming requests via E-Mail, phone, Online Ticketing System
• Provide training to clients in the use of system and system updates

• Track support communication using a ticket system to ensure support requests are resolved and marked closed in the required TAT’s as defined in the SLA

• Strive to impress customers with exceptional service and continually search for ways to improve processes and deliver additional value to the customer, thereby driving customer loyalty.
• Facilitate a positive and productive team environment

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years experience in a SaaS and/or mobile-based Client service role
• Excellent English business communication skills
• Experience in the events and meetings industry – HUGE PLUS
• Knowledge of using ticketing software
• Fresh graduate with a software background

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹260,000.00 – ₹380,000.00 per year
