Job Summary:
Team Member of the CBS Compensation Team and responsible for managing the compensation processes (salary and bonus) for assigned geography in APAC or Africa.
Responsible for the maintenance of accurate compensation and benefits data supporting these processes. Interact and collaborate with all stakeholders and regularly schedule reviews with them to share statuses and improvement areas.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the timely execution of Salary and Bonus processes with attention to assigned geography experience and SLA expectations, including preparation of compensation offers, processing lateral movements and promotions, bonus calculations, etc. Engage with Compensation COHRE(Communities of HR Expertise) and Business HR on an ongoing basis for ensuring alignment
Process compensation data changes in HR systems related to the Compensation process supported, including relevant documentation
Audit completed transactions
Research, analyze, and resolve compensation issues or inquiries escalated by CBS HR
Run incentive plan modeling reports and send to Compensation COHRE for approval
Evaluate annual salary increases, special market increases, annual structure adjustments, etc. to ensure they are within guidelines
Prepare reports for Compensation COHRE for all phases of the compensation review & approval process
Validate policy compliance and accuracy
Ensure all necessary documents and approvals are received and information is accurately entered into compensation systems
Support the management and implementation of HR technologies including SAP and SuccessFactors
Responsible for the submission process of Compensation Surveys

Education/ Experience Requirements:
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation(Salary and Bonus)
Working knowledge of general HR processes
MBA / PGD in HR
