Overview:
Position is for Software development for Cabin Systems team operating currently in Cedar Rapids as part of Cabin Management Team. It involves Software development activities for Mobile enablement team. Engineer would be responsible for design and development of IOS applications which are used to control various cabin and cockpit functionalities over different PEDs

Job responsibilities

Applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to the development, analysis, or management of software.

Uses independent judgment to make decisions in day-to-day job responsibilities the majority of the time under general supervision.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, engineers and developers

Ability to independently investigate and debug issues, identify root cause and implement fixes.

Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation

Strong analytical, communication, and team skills

Qualifications:
Five (5) – (Seven) 7 years of experience in, IOS app development

Hands on work experience on Avionics/Automation/Automobile domains

Hands on development on experience on Android and Java

Strong in Swift/ Objective C concepts

Worked on web services Integration and REST API

Knowledge on DBs like Mongodb, SQLLite Node js with npm, Eclipse,

Development Tools

• Xcode IDE 11 and above

Work experience on Sacaled Agile framework

Hands on with JIRA, SVN, Crucible, GitHub

Good hands on experience in UI/UX development using HTML/HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, AngularJS 4+,

Avionics domain exposure (Cabin /Airport Infra Preferable)
