Role purpose
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join our Finance – Systems Transformation. Reporting to the Consultant, Finance Systems Governance, this role will be responsible for simplifying and improving our processes and achieving efficiencies and controls across the function.

Skills & Experience
1. Engaging with business teams in Finance organization and running remote workshops 2. Developing process maps, flow diagrams and related documentation for existing and redesigned processes 3. Performing root causes analysis and documenting issues/recommendations. 4. Provide recommendations for process improvements, including RPA, AI, system development etc. 5. Collaborating with functional SME’s to align system set-up with optimized business processes and ensure both business and technical suitability 6. Developing training materials and supporting the implementation of changes 7. Developing and implementing process controls, data collection, reporting and optimization and supporting adoption of these by process owners 8. Documenting requirements to enable the creation of BRD/idea cards where required 9. Managing relationships and communications with key stakeholders across the organization to build trust and maintain buy-in. 10. Managing process improvement projects including planning, execution, testing, monitoring.

Qualifications
Business or technology degree or equivalent professional qualification Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous improvement methodology qualification or equivalent CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification would be an advantage Proven & successful process improvement/transformation experience will also be considered Good understanding about project management principles
Relationships and key contacts
Develop positive working relationship with internal customers and other functions
Work with process owners to agree ownership and KPIs and track & monitor efficiencies
Engagement with IT to ensure IT landscape is utilised fully
