Job Description
Our client is an established and leading company in the maritime industry with offices worldwide. To support its growth ambitions they are further developing its internal IT department and looking to hire competent professionals in its office in India. We are supporting our client in hiring :

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Based in Andheri, Mumbai

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform root cause analysis and engage in ongoing performance management.

Perform resource optimization, review incidents, and provide solutions to optimize service requests.

Develop, recommend solutions and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

Assist in fronting information and audits

Support cloud infrastructure setup and implementation

Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute towards department goals.

Plan and participate in system performance enhancements, upgrades, and regular system maintenance reviews with the IT department.

Communicate effectively with the IT stakeholders

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:
You have a Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT-related discipline.

Prior experience in an IT Systems Administrator role will be advantageous.

Experience in managing Linux instance, Cloud experience in AWS or Azure, Meraki/Cisco is desired.

Experience with IT asset management and automation tools such as Desktop Central is desired.

Strong skills in vendor management, project management teamwork, analysis and problem-solving.

You have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
