The Job

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to expand our existing Customer Service and Support team. As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will act as a support function to our customer facing team by resolving any emerging problems that our customer service team might face whilst resolving customer queries.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in providing customer service to the UK or International customers
• Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
• Ability to work under pressure, be Self-driven, Proactive, and Solution-focused
• Ability to process customers orders and accurately update internal databases.
• Expertise in handling and processing of payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks.
• Dealing with claims and reimbursements with couriers and e-commerce marketplaces.
• To liaise with internal teams and provide help and support in different areas of operations.
