Position Summary
We are looking for an Sr Associate, HR & People Operations who will be part of the HR & People Operations team. This role requires professional communication and collaboration with a cross-functional teams and stake holders.
A Day in the Life
Prepare payroll inputs with 100% accuracy
Manage employee life cycle events in Workday
Ensure all processes adhere to company policies
Prepare data for benefits renewals and monthly administration
Responsible to employee personal files
Prepare data for various reports published to site and global leadership
Maintain a high level of attention to process adherence and provide timely communication to all stakeholders

2 – 4 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services role
Experience in preparing payroll for India employees
Should have good knowledge of Indian compliances
Must have experience working on a global HRIS. Workday experience will be preferred
Attention to detail and a strong process driven approach
Excellent MS Office skills
PGDBM / MBA in Human Resources
