Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Position Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Associate to join our Purchase and Admin team with experience in coordinating office activities, operations, logistics, supervise admin staff and other back-office functions. You should have good ability to undertake administrative tasks. This position will be located in our Pune Office.
A Day in the Life
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
Create and update records and databases
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Raising purchase requisitions and procurement of goods & services
Vendor management and performing various related tasks for US entities.

3 to 5 years of Proven experience in purchase/procurement and an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Having some exposure to basic accounting will be added advantage.
Familiarity with office management procedures
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Has worked in organizations having international presence.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, while tackling complex problems.
Qualification: B.com, M.com or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
