JOB PURPOSE

Occupational health and safety risk to be identified through the organizations risk assessment process, and be cthrough the application of appropriate risk controls.
To develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and activities risk.

ORGANISATION CHART

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Preparation for safety plans and Hazard Identification & Risk assessmentfor GADL projects.
Implementation of the IMS Policy, Standard Working Procedure andSafety Plan at site.
Consulting with employees to ensure that health and safety issues areregularly reviewed.

Providing and associate on Safety Trainings to all levels of employeesand workers of subcontractors.
Promoting safety awareness to employees and workers for prevention ofinjury and damage to property.

Provide provision for a strong and cost effective DocumentationManagement system for the projects across the organization, which alsoinclude EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with external consultants, vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Reporting Manager, team members and other cross functional teams & heads and User Departments.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Planning & Programming for Mega size projects with CAPEX 300 Cr

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• To handle team of 2-4 engineers
• Manage Multiple Vendors and Stakeholders
• Vast co-ordination (involving several teams across locations)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Total experience of 9 to 11 years of experience
• Relevant experience in planning role for 4+ years
• Relevant experience in project management for 3+ years
