Complete Solutions Group Hiring for Electronics / Appliance Technician – (Remote – Live Chat) at Mumbai Full Time

We are looking for a remote Electronics Technician/Engineer.

You will be expected to work from home answering questions and providing live support to our clients. Our clients visit our website and ask questions about their Electronic devices or Appliances usually when it’s having an issue. The vast majority of questions are about Electronics & Appliances therefore its important you have the ability to search online for answers to there questions.

Rate of pay is ₹ 200 – ₹ 240 per hour and the hours will be 40 – 50 hours per week. The role is a contractor / self-employers therefore you take home your full earnings and take care of your own tax.

The Role:

• Provide diagnostic support over live chat.
• Run remote diagnostics, resolve faults, suggest and make improvements using your knowledge and skills aided by the online sites.
• Work and communicate with customers in a very professional manner.
• Work to efficiency/productivity targets.

To Be A Successful Remote Electronics Technician/Engineer. You Must Have:

• Qualified & Experienced as a Electronics/Appliance Technician with an NVQ in Electronics/Appliance or equivalent qualification.
• Personal drive and determination to succeed with a mature outlook.
• A confident, professional talking manner who can talk confidently and who works in a disciplined manner.
• Resilience and the ability to keep trying to resolve problems.
• A High standard of written English
• Experience of working in an environment where performance is measured.

Salary: ₹200.00 – ₹240.00 per hour
