Job Title: Customer Support Advisor – (voice)
Candidate Should have Minimum 6 months and above Experience in BPO​

Work from Office

Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in International voice process

Requirements

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2. Handling customer through Email & chat which involves working in different time zones
3.Take Email & chat from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

4.Flexible to work in shifts.

5.Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills

6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

7.Good technical knowledge

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in international voice process experience

Shift: Rotational

Week Off: 2 days rotational week off
