Job Description

Associate, WFM Reporting, Centralized Client ID Mgmt. support. This profile supports Client ID creation, deactivation, profile changes, Internal ID mapping and reconciliation. Associate, WFM Reporting is responsible for obtaining, distributing, profiling Agent IDs in UDM and tracking Client ID’s of Concentrix employees per contractual obligations with Client. This position maintains employee profiles & access level, also publish weekly reports and analysis to Client Services as well as maintain an ID Database.

Key Responsibility :
Support Client ID creation, deactivation & profile changes.

Maintain the database accurately which is used to indicate Concentrix hierarchy, for feedback and tracking purposes

Provide reports of ID fulfillment for both Concentrix and Client on a Timely basis

Desired Skills :
Graduate with 2 – 3 years of experience

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables

Detail-oriented
