Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Clear understanding of outbound, inbound architecture and process. In depth Experience of Genesys/Aspect is mandatory
• Proven experience in process improvement, change management and overall operational excellence.
• Excellent Presentation/Communication Skills
• Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and possess strong project management/ organizational skills.
• Must be proficient with Excel, SQL, Access, Dialer tools and have the ability to organize/analyze, implement requirements on dialer & govern it (DB administration, pivot tables, SQL queries, etc.)
• Min 6-7 years of experience in Outbound/Inbound business
• Ability to provide leadership, direction, motivation, development opportunities and build high performing teams.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Possess strong project management/ organizational skills.
• Ready to work in dynamic 24*7.

Key skills and knowledge:

• Genesys/Aspect is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power point & Power BI
• Solution driven and result oriented
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines of deliverables.
• Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly professional and able to develop strong business partnerships.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and principles.
