Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Government Relations and Policy Advocacy:

• and nurture relationships with central and state government officials to advocate for favorable policies and regulations.
• critical info. and regulatory developments that could impact Concept Medical’s operations and provide timely insights to senior management.
• with internal teams to align business objectives with government priorities and initiatives.

2. Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach:

• relationships with key stakeholders including industry associations, NGOs, and community leaders to advance Concept Medical’s interests and promote positive brand perception.
• stakeholder meetings, conferences, and events to foster dialogue and collaboration.
• communication strategies to effectively convey Concept Medical’s positions on relevant issues to external audiences.

3. Strategic Communications and Media Management:

• per the development plan, oversee the implementation of strategic communication plans, including traditional media, social media, and digital platforms.
• crisis communications and reputational issues by providing informational support to internal stakeholders.
• implementation of consistent messaging across all communication channels.

4. CSR and ESG Initiatives:

• the HOD in identifying and prioritizing CSR and ESG initiatives aligned with Concept Medical’s values and business objectives.
• with HOD to develop and implement sustainable practices that contribute to environmental stewardship and societal impact.
• with external partners and stakeholders to optimize resources and enhance the impact of CSR programs.

5. Capacity Building and Knowledge Management:

• to provide knowledge support to media, policymakers, and parliamentarians on relevant issues and industry trends.
• knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the organization through internal workshops, seminars, and forums.
• abreast of emerging trends and developments in public policy, corporate affairs, and stakeholder engagement.

Expertise and Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in communications, government relations, public relations, or related fields, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
• track record of successful engagement with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
• understanding of public policy issues related to healthcare, environmental sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
• communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• thinking capabilities, with the ability to bringing different stakeholders together to agree on and act upon important decisions.
• degree in communications, public policy, business administration, or related field preferred.
• working in a multinational corporation or global environment is desirable.
