Job Summary

We need team members who are able to process documents to process required visas for customers.

Job Type / Category

• Would be responsible for filing & processing of visas of assigned clients (Canada/Australia) in the given time frame according to the training provided.
• Handling clients queries related to Skilled Visa (Canada / Australia) and other classes as per the training.
• Regular follow-ups with the clients through calls and e-mail to get the documents in the prescribed manner.
• Processing the credential evaluation, skill assessment according to the guidelines provided.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Good Communication and analytical Skills.
• Adaptive language learning skills
• Good computers skills
• Coordinating with various departments along with customer.
