Job Description:

Job Title: Project Associate

Probation period cum training: 3 months

Number of positions: Based on the project requirements

Remuneration: 1.20 lacs per annum plus goal-based incentives i.e in-hand compensation of Rs.10,000/- per month apart from travel allowance and incentives

Reporting to: Project Coordinator

Joining: Immediate

Locations/Stations: Various districts across Maharashtra

Eligibility:

• Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences or full-time experience in Education sector
• Freshers are also eligible

Target Group
This program caters to the educational requirements of the students studying in government schools from 5th Grade to 10th Grade. Studeasy offers animated educational videos and personalized Q & A, which syncs with the Marathi language with the Maharashtra State Board.

Job Profile:
As a Projects Associate, an individual will be responsible for digital projects being rolled out by ConnectEd Technologies. The said employee will be expected to deploy, monitor, and evaluate the performance of digital projects, as per the expectations of the company. Precisely speaking, the employee will be expected to shoulder the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

1. Communicate with schools that are part of the project

2. Deploy technologies as expected by the company

3. Train key stakeholders on using the technologies as expected by the company

4. Visit schools and/or related locations to a. Check if programs are performing as designed b. Check if key stakeholders are adequately trained c. Gather feedback from various stakeholders, as directed d. Resolve any hardware/software/service-related issues

5. Successful execution of the above activities on a daily basis

6. Reporting on project performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis

7. Coordinating with Project Manager(s) and management of ConnectEd Technologies to ensure the company is abreast of successful project execution

8. Periodically coordinating with hardware suppliers, if any, in case of any issues

9. Periodically coordinating with clients on behalf of ConnectEd Technologies and providing necessary information on project execution

10. Liaising with government authorities on behalf of ConnectEd Technologies, as per the directions and under the guidance of the Project Manager(s) and the management

11. Other duties may arise from time to time

Interview Rounds: 1, will be a virtual round via Zoom. First-round – 20 minutes.

Proficiency in English and working knowledge of the local language i.e Marathi is a must.

Part-time hours: 24 – 40 per week

Salary: ₹10,000.00 per month
